1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) via our online shop CELOVIA on the Shopify platform.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By listing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value-added tax (if applicable).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide.
The delivery time is usually 5–8 business days, unless otherwise specified for the respective product.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If individual provisions of these T&C are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
