Celovia ships to destinations available at checkout. The options offered for your delivery address are decisive.

Processing time

In-stock, paid orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends, public holidays, address checks and payment authorisation may extend processing.

Delivery time

A specific estimate is shown at checkout and, where available, in the dispatch confirmation. Delivery estimates start at dispatch and are not guaranteed; carrier and cross-border delays may occur.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free to the EU destinations identified in the store. Where other or additional shipping methods are available for an address, their price and terms are displayed before purchase.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is sent by email once available. For an unusual delay, first check the tracking status and then contact info@celovia.de with your order number. Where possible, document visible transit damage; this does not affect your statutory rights.
