1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for goods placed by consumers or businesses through the Celovia online store with INTELVIA EOOD. Different terms apply only if expressly accepted by us.
2. Offer and contract
Product displays are invitations to order and are not binding offers. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. We acknowledge receipt automatically. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, dispatch the goods or finally collect payment.
You can review and correct your details in the cart and checkout before submitting the order. An order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied.
3. Prices and payment
The total prices displayed in the store and checkout include applicable VAT. Shipping is free for every delivery destination and shipping method offered at checkout; Celovia does not charge shipping fees and no minimum order value applies. The total shown at checkout is the final amount payable by you to Celovia. Only payment methods offered at checkout are available. Payment providers may apply their own terms and checks.
4. Delivery and transfer of risk
We deliver free of charge, using every shipping method offered at checkout, to the destinations available there. The estimated delivery time is shown before purchase. For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss normally transfers only when the goods are handed to the recipient. Unforeseeable events outside our control may reasonably extend delivery times.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
6. Withdrawal and voluntary returns
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details, exceptions, the model form and our additional voluntary 30-day return option are provided in the Return Policy. The voluntary option does not restrict statutory rights.
7. Defective goods
Consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods from the date the goods are received. If goods are defective or not as described, statutory remedies apply, including repair or replacement at no cost and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. Any mandatory additional rights remain unaffected. You may report a defect to info@celovia.de, preferably with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights do not depend on making such a report.
8. Liability
We do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury or damage to health. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for this contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Jurisdiction clauses apply only where legally permitted.
Information on alternative dispute resolution is provided by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (KZP) at kzp.bg. Participation in such proceedings is voluntary unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
